In order for you to know
what to expect when you order any item from our shop, kindly
read the following information and transaction policies.
It will help all of us in attaining a smooth transaction.
Pick-up
Arrangement: Metro Manila customers can arrange
to pickup items and pay in cash (Philippine Peso)
to save on shipping and handling charges. For international
customers, please send an email to BatanesOnlineShop@yahoo.com
to arrange payment and delivery.
How deliveries
are handled: All orders are sent from Manila,
Philippines using the air mail services of the Philippine
Postal Corporation. We normally dispatch within 1-2 working
days upon receipt of payment.
Actual arrival of your ordered items to the delivery
address largely depends on the handling speed of the Philippine
Postal Office and your local postal office. Considering
that the operations of the postal system is out of our control,
we cannot track nor reply to inquiries about items currently
in transit. Please be aware that for international deliveries,
it may take around 10 to 15 working days before the actual
item reaches its destination. For deliveries within the
Philippines, it may take 5 to 10 working days. Postal deliveries
during the Christmas season may a few more days. We reserve
the right to use other shipping modes (such as using surface
mail service where air mail service is not available) or
other delivery companies (such as LBC in the Philippines).
Taxes: Any taxes or additional
fees (if any) imposed on the merchandise when delivered
shall be paid by the customer.
Refunds: We spent considerable
time to properly describe all items and even added some
photos and sample pages to help you decide before you purchase
(please contact us if you need to clarify some details).
Should there be any acceptable reason to return and refund
your purchases, the following policy applies.
To apply for refund, all the items received by the customer
must be mailed back within 7 days from delivery of the merchandise.
Only the cost of goods will be refunded. Shipping and handling
cost will not be refunded. The cost of sending back the
merchandise will be paid by the customer. We can only process
refunds upon receiving all the items specified above.
