recue mission

A Laoag International Airlines Fokker 27 passenger plane, trailing smoke
from its left engine, plunged into Manila Bay after taking off from the
Philippines capital, November 11, 2002, killing at least 14 of 34 people
aboard. This frame from amateur video footage shows the high-winged plane
just before it crashed into the bay, taking off from Manila for the gambling
center of Laoag, 400 km (250 miles) north of the capital.
