The Ivatan Community joins the families of the victims in their times of mourning caused by the ill fated flight of Laoag Air that crashed on November 11, 2002 shortly after take off from Manila Domestic Airport. By compiling these photos, it is our intention to provide a more comprehensive archive of the events that happened during that day.
