"These are the children of Batanes; young, energetic,
and promising. They are the future leaders of the province. One
day we will see them as professionals; physicians, lawyers, teachers,
engineers, scientists, entrepreneurs...Who knows, one will become
an astronaut, a beauty queen or even a president of this country."
