J. Quality Seed Production

One laudable accomplishment of our provincial agriculture office which is certain to have long-term benefits to local agriculture, particularly the production of high-value crops including fruit trees is the establishment of the provincial nursery where researches are undertaken to promote productivity and quality seeds and planting materials as propagated and made available to local farmers. These are some of the concrete steps the provincial government has embarked into the local leadership's common desire to achieve the Ivatan's collective vision for Batanes for the new millennium.
